Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our collection online and click any item to view further information, before selecting a colour and size and adding to basket. We request that you always log into your account before making a purchase although an alternative delivery address can be specified. We accept all major credit cards which are processed securely. Ordersand enquiries can also be made over the phone by contacting our Customer Service Team on 0844 557 2011. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9.00am-7pm, Saturday 10.00am-4.00pm, closed Sundays and Bank Holidays. An answer phone service is available outside these hours.
Postal orders can be sent to One Up Golf Ltd, Spicer House, Link Park, Lympne, Kent, CT21 4LR ensuring that full address, product and payment details are given as well as a contact phone number.
Pricing and VAT
All prices include VAT and are current at the time of going to press, however we reserve the right to vary prices in response to any amendments to the current VAT rate.
Delivery
We make every effort to deliver goods within 7 working days of receiving an order. Should this not be possible we will advice upon receipt of the order or make contact with an update.
Delivery is free on all orders over £75. This applies to UK second class postage to the value of £4.95.
Royal Mail currently delivers the vast majority of all of One Up Golf's parcels. Should you be out when Royal Mail try to deliver, the postman will leave your parcel with a neighbor or try to find a safe and secure place to leave it. If they cannot find a safe place, your parcel will be returned to the sorting office. They will leave a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next.

Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if unsuitable. Please return your purchase in its original condition with all labels within 21 days, including the completed returns form. We recommend that you obtain adequate insurance and proof of posting as we do not take responsibility for parcels in transit from customers. Refunds and exchanges may take up to 21 days.
Every effort is made to ensure that colour reproduction is as accurate as the printing process and computer systems will allow.
Security
Our secure web pages are protected by a digital certificate from GlobalSign (an established certification authority) and use industry standard 128 bit SSL software to guarantee that your personal information, including name, address and credit card details, is securely transferred. If you prefer to order products from our website by telephone, please contact our Order line on 0844 557 2011.
Email is not a secure means of communication so please do not send sensitive information, such as credit card details, by email.

Occasionally we may make parts of our mailing list available to carefully selected organisations whose products may be of interest to you. If you would prefer not to receive such mailings, please indicate this when requesting a brochure on the website or email us at info@oneupgolf.co.uk
