Opening Hours
Our Customer Service Centre is open Monday to Friday
9am-7pm, Saturday 10am-4pm. Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays. An answer-phone service is available outside these hours if you would like to leave a message.
How to Order
You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply select the items you require and add to your basket. You can view and amend your order at any time by clicking on ‘View Basket’. When your order is complete click on ‘Checkout’ and enter your details and payment information. Should you have any problems or queries, please call our Customer Service Team on 0844 557 2011.
Stock Availability
Information about our stock availability is automatically updated on the website daily and we always try to show the colours and sizes available accurately. Occasionally, when a product is popular or during sale and special offer periods, it is possible for a number of customers to place orders for the last items at the same time. This could result in an item being displayed as available when in fact it is sold out. If there are any problems with an order you place, we will contact you as soon as possible. If we are unable to contact you, we will continue to process the remaining items of your order.
Pricing Policy
All prices shown on the website are in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate, where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices if there is a change to the rate of VAT and do our best to ensure that prices are correctly shown. Very occasionally a pricing error may occur in relation to a product on your order. In this unlikely eventuality, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot contact you we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. Price increases to goods may also occur from time to time.
Payment
By placing an order with us through our website you agree that the payment details provided are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Maestro and do not charge your card until we despatch your goods.
Gift Wrapping
If you wish to order any of our products as a gift, we offer a gift wrapping service at a cost of £2 per item. If a gift wrapped item is returned to us for an exchange or refund, the cost of the gift wrapping is non-refundable.
Delivery and Charges
Royal Mail currently delivers all of One Up Golf’s parcels. Should you be out when Royal Mail try to deliver, the postman will leave your parcel with a neighbour or try to find a safe and secure place to leave it. If they cannot find a safe place, your parcel will be returned to the sorting office. They will leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next. |

Returns and Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if it is unsuitable. Please return your purchase in its original condition within 14 days, remembering to include the completed returns form. If you are unable to send the completed returns form, please include your name, address, phone number, order number and reason for return. We recommend that you obtain insurance and proof of posting as we do not take responsibility for parcels in transit from customers. info@oneupgolf.co.uk. Should you return an item, please allow up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

Sizing Information
BUST: Place tape measure loosely under the arms, over the shoulder blades and around the fullest part of the chest.
WAIST: Measure around the natural waistline keeping the tape measure slightly loose.
HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of the bottom, approximately 8” (20cms) below the natural waistline.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the ankle, ensuring the tape hangs straight.
Our sizing is generous for comfort and ease of movement. The size charts below are an approximate guide. Please call us on 0844 557 2011 if you need help or information.
Lengths: All our trouser leg lengths measure 30” (76cms) at inside leg with a 2” hem. For average length of shorts, skorts and culottes our measurements are taken from under the waistband. |
